By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. If your details change, update them online or notify us via email. Keep your account password secure, and inform us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. You must be over 18 and have a valid credit or debit card to place an order with us.

Orders
All orders depend on availability and confirmation. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.

Payment
We accept FPX online banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our site. Ensure the payment method is yours or that you are authorized to use it. Our transactions are processed securely through CHIP and/or ToyyibPay. While we take steps to protect your payment and order details, we are not liable for unauthorized access unless due to our negligence.

Vouchers
Vouchers (and coupons) are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be used before the expiration date, if specified.

Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped within 96 hours (4 working days) after payment is received. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors.
