All items in Irine’s are not eligible for return or exchange unless stated otherwise under specific conditions.

Conditions for Return and Exchange:
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel under the following circumstances: a) Defective items. b) Incorrect items received. c) Special cases determined at the management’s discretion.

Important Notes:
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition as purchased. The label tag must remain intact and attached to the item(s). Tags must not be cut or removed. Shipping costs for returned items will be covered by us.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:
“I changed my mind.” “The design is not suitable for me.” “The color looks different from the website.”

Additional Information:
Only purchases made through our official website are eligible for return or exchange. Orders placed with our Authorized Resellers are not under Irine’s Hijab Collection’s responsibility. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the policy requirements.

How to Submit a Return/Exchange Request:
Contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp at +60148868312 with your Order ID and details of your claim. Note: Refunds are not available for any items.
