Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days (excluding holidays and weekends).

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is packed. Third-party services (we use Ninja Van) will handle the domestic delivery and delivery times depend entirely on the chosen courier service.

Please ensure that your address is accurate and deliverable. We will do our utmost to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and bring a smile to your face.

If you have issues with delivery or haven’t received the tracking number within 5 working days, contact our Customer Support on WhatsApp at +60148868312 with your Order ID. Keep in mind that shipping may take longer during festive seasons.
